The June bank holiday is here. Keeping the family entertained can be challenging at the best of times. With everyone staying closer to at home for the bank holiday, we have pulled together a few ideas to keep you all entertained.

Get the whole house together and take part in a TikTok dance challenge. You'll have great fun learning the dances and it's a nice change from a home HITT workout! All you need is a smartphone to download the TikTok app and some volunteers to get involved.
Get some Sunshine
Vitamin D is needed for healthy for bones, skin (once you have sunscreen on!) and teeth. We also think that a bit of sunshine is great for putting everyone in a better mood. At a time like this, it's important to take a break and look after your mental health. We may not be booking holidays abroad but with the weather, we have been having you can enjoy the sunshine from the privacy of your garden! So, we have been making the most of the great weather with our new garden range. Whether you want to spruce up the garden, have a BBQ or just chill out with some music; there's a garden gadget for you. We also have patio heaters, so the party doesn't have to end once the sun goes down.
The new governmental recommendations mean we can exercise up to 5km from our homes. Aim to get outside each day for an hour. It will get your daily steps up, give you a change of scenery and that bit of cardio will boost your endorphins. Plus, it'll help to give you an appetite for a Bank Holiday BBQ or (another) slice of lockdown banana bread. Check out our range of fitness trackers and set yourself a new challenge to keep you motivated.
Develop a Skill
Baking and cooking are the perfect skills to develop in the current circumstances. Restaurants are closed so we are eating at home more than we ever have before. It's the perfect time to expand your signature recipe repertoire. Check out some of DID's favourite recipes on our blog!
