Our large item delivery charge is €29.99 – no matter how many products you order. So if you order multiple large items online, you’ll pay €29.99 for delivery.

This excludes the below product types which require two-man teams to deliver:

  • Range Cookers - €49.99
  • American Style Fridge Freezers - €59.99

We offer professional installation services for all large electrical appliances. We also take back all old appliances, free of charge. Your old appliance must be emptied and disconnected when the team arrives. If your item is not ready to be taken you can drop it at your local DID store or we can arrange for the delivery team to return to collect it. There is a charge of €29.99 for this return recycling collection service.

Small item delivery for only €5.99

Our small item delivery service operates nationwide with our couriers DPD (ROI Only) five days a week (Mon - Fri, excluding bank holidays). Once your item has been dispatched from our central warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking number, so you can track your order right to your door.

Single small item delivery is €5.99. There will be a €1.50 charge for each subsequent small item. Our maximum delivery charge for combined small or large items is €29.99.

We deliver our products within a timespan of 2 - 5 working days. The difference in timescales depends upon where you are situated in the country, how large your items are and what are stock levels are like in various stores. 

We will send you your delivery date once we process your order. If you wish to specify a precise delivery date, please send an email to quoting your order number and your preferred delivery date and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

• Check access routes to ensure that there is enough space for the delivery van to reach your address.

• Notify us of any potential access problems such as steps, tight corners, narrow corridors etc. that your product will need to pass through to get to its destination.

• Remove any obstacles such as desks, tables, or other obstructions so your item can be delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

If, in the rare event you encounter a problem with your delivery, we ask that you inform us of any damage within 2 days of receiving your order. So please remember to open and inspect your package carefully as soon as it is delivered. If you do notice any damage, you should:

For large item deliveries where you will need to be home, we’ll send you a text message with a three-hour window on the morning of delivery.

The driver will leave a calling card in the event of a missed delivery. This will have a contact number which you can call to rearrange a suitable date for delivery.

Order online and collect in one of our 23 locations nationwide free of charge. Once you have placed your order and chosen your collection date:

1. You will receive an email confirming we have received your order.
2. Your order will be processed by our online team.
3. You will receive an email confirming the date of when your item will be ready for collection in your chosen store.

Please, remember to bring the following documents when collecting an order in-store:

1. The card with which the order was placed.
2. Photo ID (only passport or drivers licence will be accepted).
3. A copy of your confirmation email when collecting instore for verification purposes.
(Items will only be released to the cardholder. Items will not be released without these forms of ID.)
