You can place your order now via our online store, then simply choose to collect your item at one of our 23 branches located nationwide. To collect an item in one of our 23 stores, simply check out as normal and choose the 'Click & Collect' option when prompted.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to collect. If you order before 12, your item(s), provided they are in stock in that store, will be available to collect after 2pm. If not in stock, the item should be available within 3 to 5 days post-order.
Don't forget to bring the following with you to collect your order in store:
1. Email notification informing you that the item is ready for collection
2. Photo ID.
3. Credit card that you used to place your order.
Yes, you can select the 'Click and Collect' option on any item in our online store. Some items are large and may require a van for transport. If you are unsure, contact our team before making your purchase.
Yes! If your chosen store doesn't have stock of the item then our team will source the stock and sent it to your nominated store for you collect. Just wait for our email notifying you that your order is ready for collection.
Yes! Online exclusive items are available for collection. The estimated wait times are specified on each product. Simply select 'Click &Collect' at the checkout and wait for the email notifying you that your item is ready for collection.
