1 large banana, very ripe and chopped
50g rolled oats
Pinch mixed spice
175ml unsweetened almond milk
125ml strong brewed coffee, cooled
2 tbsp maple syrup
Handful of ice cubes
1. Add all the ingredients (except the maple syrup) in the blender with a large handful of ice cubes.
2. Blitz until smooth
3. Drizzle the inside of 2 serving glasses/mason jars with the maple syrup.
4. Divide the mixture between the two glasses and serve immediately.
