Tasty Treats: Vegan Banoffee Blend with Kenwood

Make coffee extra special with this tasty vegan banoffee blend with Kenwood. This simple recipe 

Product: Kenwood Blend-X Fresh Prep Time: 5 mins

• 1 large banana, very ripe and chopped
• 50g rolled oats
• Pinch mixed spice
• 175ml unsweetened almond milk
• 125ml strong brewed coffee, cooled
• 2 tbsp maple syrup Handful of ice cubes  

1. Add all the ingredients (except the maple syrup) in the blender with a large handful of ice cubes.
2. Blitz until smooth
3. Drizzle the inside of 2 serving glasses/mason jars with the maple syrup.
4. Divide the mixture between the two glasses and serve immediately.
