The magnificent Heritage Series suits the traditional kitchen of today, cleverly combining the classic appeal of time-honoured style with all the technology and advanced engineering of the Bertazzoni cookers.
The main 11-function electric oven features a thermometer, the useful auxiliary oven, withour fan, has four modes. A powerful adjustable grill is provided in the third oven.
Hob has six versatile gas burners in brass including two dual-ring power burners.

Cook cleanly and efficiently
Gas ovens are ideal for baking fish and roasting meat. Reaching high temperatures quickly, they seal the food, making it crispy on the outside and retaining moisture inside. The non-convection mode is excellent for baking cakes, while the fan-assisted mode ensures an even heat distribution for single and multi-level roasting and baking without flavor crossover. Temperature adjustments are instantaneous, and precise. Bertazzoni gas cooktops are beautiful and practical. Solid brass or Black Monobloc burners ensure infinitely adjustable, even and efficient heating of pans. All cookers feature a 5 kW dual ring power burner and commercial grade cast iron continuous surface grates. The stainless steel work stamped out of one piece features radius corners and surface transitions allowing for easy and fast cleaning.

Cooking with electric oven
Bertazzoni’s electric ovens are designed for fast, efficient cooking to help you create the perfect dish every time. They are packed with features and technology to make cooking more flexible, controllable, enjoyable and, thanks to the A energy rating, sustainable.
Rich with functions for complete control - Bertazzoni electric ovens feature fan technology that delivers optimal heat distribution and faster heat-up times, whilst avoiding hot spots and heat shadows, even when multi-level roasting or baking. Precision cooking is ensured by multiple elements, controlled by a programmable micro-processor for the best cooking results. Cooking temperatures are constantly monitored and managed between 40°C and 300°C. Functions include non-convection baking, convection, fan assisted grilling, and low-temperature proofing and warming modes. Electric ovens are ideal for mid-to low- temperature cooking, such as baking or recipes that require slow cooking, like casseroles.
