Please remain cautious and remember that DID Electrical will never ask you to provide sensitive information such as passwords, bank account details, credit card information, or security codes through unsolicited communications.

If you receive a message claiming to be from DID Electrical and are unsure if it is genuine, do not click any links or share any information. Instead, contact our customer service team directly to verify its authenticity.

We are aware of a security incident reported by one of our third-party service providers. 

At present, we have no evidence that DID Electrical customer data has been affected. 

We are seeking further information from the provider, have completed an initial assessment, and continue to monitor the situation closely. If we become aware of any impact on customer data, we will take appropriate action and communicate with affected customers in accordance with our legal obligations.
