When will I get a receipt for my online order?

You will receive a receipt, which includes a VAT breakdown, once you receive your product.

Can I add or delete items from my order?

Can I cancel or change my order?

Subject to the terms set out below, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods, provided that:• it is before and up to 14 days starting from the day after the goods are received by you.• the goods are in perfect condition.• the packaging remains in an ‘as new’ state.

When will I receive my order confirmation email?

You should receive the order confirmation email immediately after you place your order. This might take few more minutes during busy periods. Throughout the order process you will continue to receive regular email updates.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email, what should I do?

Please check your junk/spam mail folder for it. Depending on your anti-spam settings, your mailbox may be identifying our confirmation emails as spam.
