'€100 Voucher' Terms & Conditions: 

This promotion is run and administered by D.I.D Electrical T/A Home Appliances Unit 18 Fonthill Business Park, Dublin 22.
Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

1. The 'Get College Ready’ voucher promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years and over.  This promotion is not open to D.I.D Electrical employees, agencies or contractors.
2. The ‘Get College Ready’ voucher promotion will commence at 00.01 (GMT) on 10^th August 2018 and close at 23.59 on the 30^th September 2018.
3. Throughout this period and this period alone, each purchase of a laptop made of €649 or more on a single transaction qualifies the customer for a €100 voucher code redeemable in store or online at the checkout.
4. No other products are included in the promotion.
5. Purchases can be made either online at www.did.ie or in any of our DID Electrical stores.
6. Transactions must be paid in full before the customer qualifies for the €100 voucher code. Deposits will not qualify.
7. No voucher code may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use by an entity other than the original receipt with our prior written permission. Lobbying will result in absolute exclusion from the draw.
8. The Promoter (D.I.D Electrical) does not accept any responsibility for lost voucher codes and recommends that participants confirm their email address at point of purchase to enable a back up e-voucher.
9. The Promoter (D.I.D Electrical) holds the right to contact participants via phone, email and/or any other means of communication for the purpose of notifying the participants of the redemption period along with any other ‘Student Sale’ promotional activity.
10. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for lost e voucher codes. Responsibility cannot be accepted for voucher codes invalidated by technical problems beyond the control of the Promoter.

'€100 Voucher' Redemption:

10. The ‘Get College Ready’ promotional voucher may not be used in conjunction with any other gift voucher or promotion.
11. The €100 voucher is redeemable in store or online from 00.01 (GMT) on 1st October 2018 until 23.59 on the 24th December 2018.
12. Customers can redeem their €100 voucher by filling out the below form. 
13. Customers will be e-mailed their €100 Voucher within 7 days of applying via the email address they provided in the below form.
14. Should a participant of the ‘Get College Ready’ voucher promotion return or cancel their original purchase, they thereby agree to forfeit their qualification of the €100 ‘Get College Ready’ voucher code and this will be deemed null and void.
15.  No cash alternatives are available.
16. The Promoter (D.I.D. Electrical) reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time without giving any reason.
17. The Promoter (D.I.D. Electrical) reserves the right at our absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions.
18. The Promoter (D.I.D Electrical) reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control with no liability to any entrants or third party.
19. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
