Delivery times are for in-stock items in the greater Dublin area and DID Hub store areas. Some ROI locations are serviced by our delivery partner, Caulfields. These deliveries can be subject to longer lead times.

Exceptions:American style fridge freezers and range cookers require a two-man delivery team. This can impact the delivery timeframe. The cost for American fridge freezers is €69.99 and range cookers is €49.99.

Small Home Appliances

Cost = €5.99

Delivery Time = 2 - 5 working days

Delivery times are for in-stock items in the greater Dublin area and DID Hub store areas. Small items are delivered by An Post or DPD. Deliveries are five days a week (Mon - Fri, excluding bank holidays). Once your item has been dispatched from our central warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number, so you can track your order right to your door.

TVs and Audio

Cost = TVs €29.99, Audio €5.99 to €29.99

Delivery time = 2 - 5 days

Delivery times are for in-stock items in the greater Dublin area and DID Hub store areas. Some ROI locations are serviced by Caulfields, our delivery partner. These deliveries can be subject to longer lead times. All large screen TVs, party speakers and cinema systems are delivered by DID Electrical. Our delivery partners, DPD and An Post, cover smaller audio equipment and TVs 32" and under.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our large item delivery charge is €29.99.

Single small item delivery is €5.99. There will be a €1.50 charge for each subsequent small item.

Our maximum delivery charge for combined small or large items is €29.99. There is an additional charge for two-man deliveries, American style fridge freezers and range cookers. Our delivery charge for American style fridge freezers is €59.99. Range cookers are €49.99.

We deliver our products 2 - 5 working days. This is for in-stock items in the greater Dublin area and in DID Hub store locations.

If your order is being delivered by An Post or DPD, you will receive tracking information once it has been dispatched.

If you wish to specify a precise delivery date, please send an email to help@did.ie quoting your order number and your preferred delivery date and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

• Check access routes to ensure that there is enough space for the delivery van to reach your address.

• Notify us of any potential access problems such as steps, tight corners, narrow corridors etc. that your product will need to pass through to get to its destination.

• Remove any obstacles such as desks, tables, or other obstructions so your item can be delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

If, in the rare event you encounter a problem with your delivery, we ask that you inform us of any damage within 2 days of receiving your order. So please remember to open and inspect your package carefully as soon as it is delivered. If you do notice any damage, you should:

1. Inform the delivery team of the damage before they leave your home.

2. Contact our Customer Service Team immediately at help@did.ie

3. Do not use or move the item until the matter is resolved, to avoid further damage. 

No. We deliver in the Republic of Ireland only.

We deliver between 8am - 6pm.


For large item deliveries where you will need to be home, we’ll send you a text message with a three-hour window on the morning of delivery.

The driver will leave a calling card in the event of a missed delivery. This will have a contact number which you can call to rearrange a suitable date for delivery.

If you have not received a calling card please contact our online team on 01-6250250.

Order online and collect in one of our 23 locations nationwide free of charge. Once you have placed your order:

1. You will receive an email confirming we have received your order.
2. Your order will be processed by our online team.
3. You will receive an email confirming the date of when your item will be ready for collection in your chosen store.

Please, remember to bring the following documents when collecting an order in-store:

1. The card with which the order was placed.
2. Photo ID (only passport or drivers licence will be accepted).
3. A copy of your confirmation email when collecting instore for verification purposes.
(Items will only be released to the cardholder. Items will not be released without these forms of ID.)
