What products do you recycle?
We're happy to recycle any of your domestic appliances from your washing machines, dishwashers, cookers, freezers to your smaller appliances such as kettles, toasters, laptops, power tools, electric toys. If it has a plug or battery – it can be recycled!
How can I recycle my appliance?
You can return any of your old appliances to your local DID store and we'll be delighted to take it off your hands.
Will you take my old unit away when I order for delivery?
We'll collect your large appliance from you so long as it's been disconnected and is ready to go for our driver at the time of delivery
Will you recycle my small appliance too?
Yes. If you visit one of our stores, you can leave in your old appliance and we'll take care of the rest for you.
Do I need to have made a purchase with DID Electrical to have my product recycled?
No. If you visit one of our stores, you can leave in your old appliance and we'll take care of the rest for you.
Should I take any actions before returning my equipment?
DID accept no responsibility for any data or personal information on devices that are sent to us for recycling. We strongly recommend that you factory reset on any equipment you are disposing of which has personal information stored on it. This includes but is not limited to Smart TV’s, Wearables, Laptops, Tablets, Mobile Phones and any other device that captures or retains your data.
