Retail Offer: UPC Communications Ireland Limited in association with D.I.D Electrical
  1. New customers who successfully subscribe to and install the UPC Bundles as set out in clause 2 below in any D.I.D Electrical store, or on the www.did.ie website (the ""Retailer"") between 1st July 2013 and 31st August 2013 can qualify for reduced price UPC Bundle services for six months (subject to availability and terms and conditions (""Retail Offer"").
  2. To be eligible for this Retail Offer you must subscribe to one of the UPC Bundles at sub clauses (a) or (b) below in one of the retailers referred to in clause 1 above: (a) A new UPC customer purchasing the following UPC TV, Broadband and Phone bundles: The Essential Bundle, The Complete Bundle, The Complete Bundle 100; (b) A new UPC customer subscribing to one of the following bundles: Fibre Power 25Mb, Fibre Power 50Mb, Fibre Power 100Mb,Fibre Power 150Mb
  3. For the avoidance of doubt, the UPC Bundle Services set out in clause 2 apply to new customers only. All services within the UPC Bundle Services must be successfully installed in order to be eligible for this offer.
  4. Upgrades to an existing Broadband or Phone service do not qualify.
  5. Agreement of sale will be made only on proof of correct customer identity, bank account details and payment by direct debit.
  6. Confirmation of your order will include a ticket number; this is your reference for your order.
  7. If you have ordered products in any of the stores referred to in clause 1, which have yet to be installed, and would like to make any changes to your order, please call the UPC retail support desk on 1890 940 635 between the hours of 12pm to 6pm Monday to Sunday and quote your order or telephone number.

D.I.D Electrical will supplement the UPC offer of Free installation and reduced price bundles with an additional voucher worth ‚¬100 in store, for any of the following new customer bundles: The Essential Bundle, The Complete Bundle, The Complete Bundle 100, and with a voucher worth ‚¬50 for the following new customer bundles: Fibre 30, Fibre 50, Fibre 100 or Fibre 150. All enquiries regarding the D.I.D Electrical voucher offer must be directed in-store where you placed your original order, as this is an offer delivered to you by the retailer D.I.D Electrical directly. Both UPC & D.I.D Electrical are free to cross promote the combined savings from the reduced price UPC services and the offer in-store.
  9. NOTE: UPC or its affiliates do not accept any liability whatsoever and howsoever arising directly or indirectly from an individual/customer's participation in any additional supplementary voucher offer provided by D.I.D Electrical.
  10. This Retail Offer is subject to availability and runs from 1st July 2013 to 31st August 2013. This Offer is not available with other UPC offers such as student offers, or online promotional offers and supersedes any previous UPC retail offers available prior to the launch date of this offer.

All UPC Digital TV, On Demand TV, Fibre Power Broadband and Home Phone services are only available to enabled homes. At the end of the offer period the normal rate will apply. Installation is carried out by a third party installer. UPC will not be responsible for the installation. A ‚¬45 Equipment Activation fee normally applies for every Digital Box and / or Fibre Power Broadband or Phone service ordered, however this is being waived for all new customer bundle orders for the duration of this promotion. A HD TV is required for our Digital+ HD service. A connection fee of ‚¬60 applies for each additional point ordered unless an active cable outlet point is already in place. If you order an Event using the On Demand service a Charge may apply. If you wish to add Sky Sports and / or Sky Movies HD you must first have a subscription to UPC's HD service. All services are billed monthly and are payable by Auto Pay, UPC's direct debit payment method. A ‚¬3.75 charge applies to all bills for non-Auto Pay customers. A ‚¬10 downgrade administration fee will be applied anytime you downgrade any element of your service. Subject to a minimum contract period of twelve months for all services. A cancellation fee will apply should you cancel your service during the first twelve months. Anywhere 150 provides 150 Anytime minutes of calls to local, national, Irish mobiles and to fixed landlines in selected international destinations (excludes calls to premium rate, SMS and non-geographic numbers). If a customer exceeds 150 minutes of calls as listed above in their billing month, all calls to these destinations will be charged at ‚¬0.20 per minute. This is the out of bundle per minute rate. Calls to destinations not included as part of the Anywhere 150 pack will be charged as per the Anywhere tariff plan,https://www.upc.ie/phone/anywheretariffs Anywhere 300 provides 300 Anytime minutes, other details are as for Anywhere 150. Calls to the USA exclude calls to Hawaii and Alaska. Customers with two UPC Home Phone lines and who have an Anywhere call pack on one line can only have an Anywhere call pack on their second line. The Home Phone service is provided on an IP protocol which depends on access to an electrical supply. In the event of a power failure, we advise customers to use alternative arrangements, e.g. mobile phones. A wireless modem is included with the 30Mb, 50Mb, 100Mb & 150Mb Fibre Power Broadband services. If a customer downgrades their Fibre Power Broadband service within the first 4 months of installation they will be charged the ‚¬60 installation fee for the wireless modem. All Fibre Power Broadband services are subject to our Acceptable Usage Policy Average expected broadband speeds at peak times are 30Mb, 50Mb, 100Mb and 150Mb for our Fibre Power Broadband packs. Broadband speeds are the maximum possible speeds only. Actual speeds will vary depending on internet traffic, the sites you visit and other factors. As our Fibre Power Broadband service is provided over the UPC fibre power cable you do not require an eircom landline to access this service. Prices include VAT. Residential use only.
