Terms & Conditions

  1. This competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years and over. This draw is not open to DID employees, agencies, contractors or their immediate families. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.  
  2. The competition runs from 00.01 (midnight) April 6th to 00.01(midnight) on Sunday May 13th 2018. 
  3. There will be one winner who will win a Whirlpool FreshCare 9kg FWG91284W washing machine.
  4. The adjudicator’s decision will be final. 
  5. Lobbying will result in absolute exclusion from the draw. 
  6. Winners will be contacted by head office via the contact details provided.
  7. If the winner cannot be contacted, for any reason, or does not respond to the contact attempt within one working day of the attempt being made, an alternative winner will be chosen from the entries from the draw date. 
  8. Winners have 7 days from notification to redeem their prize. 
  9. Prizes are non-transferable and will only be awarded to the winner. 
  10. Valid ID and winning receipt will be required before redemption. No cash alternatives are available. 
  11. Winner’s names and photos will be used on promotional activity; social media communications and a valid entry into the draw is an agreement to participate. 
  12. The Promoter (DID Electrical) reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time without giving reason. 
  13. The Promoter (DID Electrical) reserves the right at our absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions and/or substitute or replace the prize with another product of equivalent value from time to time without any prior notice 
  14. The Promoter (DID Electrical) excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage caused to the Winner arising out of the prize awarded as part of the promotion and in respect of any liability arising due to same. 
  15. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts to settle any such dispute or issues 
  16. Any person considered by the Promoter to be in disregard of these terms and conditions will be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for any reason at its sole discretion.
