Returns
Contact us - have your order ID at hand to speed things up. see contact details at bottom of page You can then either return your item to any of our 22 stores Nationwide or Post your item back to us. When you purchase online you have a statutory right to return goods (other than perishable or customised) up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period.
