Excellent on line service. I am in England and wanted a printer for my grandson in Ireland. The assistant helped me choose and even updated the site with the extras I needed. I also received a telephone call querying my order after I had ordered the wrong printer ink! I will always come back to DID after such wonderful service. Thank you

I found and find dealing with DID that I get courtesy service and a great attitude, this si my 1st purchase on line, Thank you for your effort to serve my Televison arrived safe and sound and I have installed same, last year I purchased a Micrwave oven 1 washing machine, Oven and DVD player thhat should tell you that your price and service speak for itself , in these troubled times it is not easy to find a store with back up as you have shown Thank You again.

I was delighted with this online shopping experience. I was contacted same day regarding delivery. Unfortunately my landline had a fault. I was then contacted by Email. The email was acknowledged and everything was very smooth. Also my wife was very impressed with the level: of service from the installation team. Great job all round. FYI: When buying I could get the same item for €25 cheaper from PowerCity but bought from DID as the online process regarding installation was completed automated.

Overall satisfied but would have appreciated a call / text at 6pm to give me some idea of what time to expect the delivery at. Also would have appreciated a response to my online query on the evening of the delivery rather than the following day. All staff that I had contact with (salesman and delivery/installation personnel) were very helpful and polite

Excellent. Im satisfied with the support. The only thing I can thin of was that I waited 2 days to get a reply. It would have been better to hear back the next day but thats all. I am satisfied with the relpies and found the response reassuring to reconsider ever using DID Electrical again for an online and installation purchase.

I can highly recommend the quality of support I received from DID. I had my enquiry dealt with and solved in two emails and cannot say enough of positive things in relation to that. Well Done and if only more companies provided as good a service, life would be easier.

Reply was good and prompt and answered what I asked. However I phoned your Swords branch yest to ask if Malahide Road branch would be open today Sunday and was told all stores except Mountuoy Sq would be open at 12 noon. I went toMalahide Road at 12 15 to find it didn open till 1pm and could wait as I had another appointmen

To Whom it may concern: I don’t normally do this but I felt I really should as I was so impressed with the service I received from the DID Drogheda Branch and in particular Dave. I purchased an integrated FridgeFreezer on Thursday ( 4th Aug)evening on the basis that it would be delivered and installed on Saturday. The Fridge Freezer was delivered by the driver and Dave from the shop in Drogheda also arrived to help with the installation. The installation should have been straightforward but it wasn’t, it took over an hour and whilst the driver had to head off Dave stuck with it and persevered until the Fridge Freezer was installed to perfection, which took a lot of patience. It is so easy to complain these days so its nice to be able to compliment you on your staff and your service. On the basis of the above service alone I will, without doubt, go back to DID for any future purchases.

"We recently purchased a fridge freezer and tumle dryer from your store in Navan. I am emailing to let you know we were really pleased with the service we recieved. The sales assistaqnt was called Gordon Cosgrave. He was not pushy which was our experience in other shops and off putting at times. I would recommend the Navan store to friends and tell them to ask for Gordon. Our delivery was prompt, the delivery men arrived exactly at the time they had given, they were professional, very efficent delivering the items and even apoligised for getting mud on my tiles!! In an economy where people are cut throat about making money our experience of DID due to the sales assistant and the delivery man was a pleasant experience and we will keep our business with DID as a result"

"This is a belated ‘thank you’ to one of the staff at DID Electric in Galway. I bought a Philips TV/LCD for €900 including a four-year Protection Plan. The salesperson was Gareth McDowell and he was outstanding. He gave me a great deal of his time in describing different models and in assisting us with our choice. My brother, who is the electronics business, was with me and he was extremely impressed by Gareth’s wide knowledge of the latest brands, and we both thought his service was way beyond our expectations."

On 07/10/2011 I went into the Blachardstown store to have some family photographs reprinted . I spoke to a female staff member that was very friendly and she called out one of your staff to deal with me. I did not catch his name but the receipt says Damien Willis. His welcome and friendlyness was first rate. He was extremly knowledgable about photographic goods as well as the spec on televisions nearby that I asked him about. he took a great pride in his work. I would say that as a customer he is providing 5* service and is a credit to himself and your organisation. I will return again to your store. I have also suggested to family and friends in Dublin to use your store as the service I received was exceptional.

I would like to thank you for the excellent service I received from Gregor in DID Crumlin. I bought a semi-integrated dishwasher in Crumlin which could not be installed, even though a similar one was there before. I went back to DID and thought i had to get a freestanding one, and I was not happy about that , Gregor found me somebody who could install it and thanks to him I feel i have the kitchen , in the way i wanted, back again. He is very knowledgeable and excellent at problem solving. He deserves all the promotions there are to be had. Thank you

I have just purchased a washing machine in your Stillorgan branch. I was looked after by ROBERT KENNEDY he was the most efficient and professional salesman I have ever encountered! My problem was that I own a property in Galway and needed a washing machine ASAP, from the outset Robert assured me it was no problem and had the transaction sorted in 6min flat. I recently bought a hob and an oven in your Sundrive Road Branch and had it fitted this morning. I found the staff very efficient. I had my appliances fitted this morning and I felt that the service was very professional. I think that DID can be proud of it's customer service in a climate where standards seem to be falling throughout the country

' I live in the south east of Ireland and have a property in Dublin. I contacted DID electrical who provided a seamless service for the disconnection, removal of old appliances, delivery connection of new appliances.They removed all packaging and my tennants contacted me to say that all appliances were installed and working well. The service fee was nominal and it saved me a lot of time, trouble and travel. I will definitely use this service again.'
