When will it be delivered?
Delivery information can vary from product to product. Please check the delivery information on the product page of the product that you wish to order.
Dublin: 0-3 days
Rest of Ireland: within 5 days
Simply place your order and we'll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
Same Day Deliveries - Dublin Area, place your order online before 2pm and request same day in the additional delivery information box during checkout. subject to availability
Evening Deliveries - Dublin Area - for your convenience, we offer an evening delivery service which means your appliance will be delivered after 5.30pm. Place your order online and request evening delivery in the additional delivery information box during checkout. subject to availability
Do you Install?
Yes, We provide a professional installation service of most large appliances for a small fee. Simply select this optional service when purchasing your item before you click Add to cart.
Will you collect my old appliance?
Yes, On delivery of all large appliances we'll collect your old appliance for free on like for like items. ie if you order a washing machine, we'll take away your old one for free. Please ensure your old appliance is disconnected and ready for removal.

Can I track my order?
Yes, Once your item has dispatched from our warehouse you'll receive an email with your Tracking number.
What if I miss delivery?
No problem, DPD will leave a calling card with details of your local depot and where you can collect.

Online Click and Collect Information
Once you have placed your order for collection
1. You will receive an email confirming we have received your order.
2. Your Order will be processed by our web team.
3. You will receive an email confirming the date of when your item will be ready for collection in your chosen store.
You must produce the following documents when collecting instore. Items will only be released to the cardholder.
1. The card with which the order was placed.
2. Photo ID ( Only passport or drivers licence will be accepted)
3. A copy of your confirmation email when collecting instore for verification purposes.
Items will not be released without these forms of ID.
Upon receipt of your confirmation email Items can be collected at any time during the opening hours of the branch which you have selected
Returns are Easy...

- You can then either return your item to any of our 22 stores Nationwide or Post your item back to us.
It's ok to change your mind!
When you purchase online or by phone you have a statutory right to return unopened goods (other than perishable or customised) up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period. (European Directive on Distance Selling) We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the unopened goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost).

If In the event that a manufacturing fault occurs within the warranty period, Please inform us of this as soon as possible.
