To collect an item in-store simply checkout as normal and choose "Pick Up In-Store" option during checkout.
When will my item be available for collection?
- You'll receive an email confirming your order
- Our team will process your order
- You'll receive an email containing information on when your item will be ready for collection.
- Note your collection date and pop into the store to collect your item. Please bring Photo ID (passport or driving licence) and a copy of your order confirmation.
- You must produce the card used to place your order
Items can be collected at any time during the opening hours of the branch which you have selected . Details of opening hours are available here
Important SALE information:
Please note that SALE items will be available for store pick-up within 2-3 days after your order is processed.
